Qlarant Foundation Grants

Established in 2003, Qlarant Foundation is the mission arm of Qlarant, a company with over 50 years’ experience in improving program integrity and quality. Qlarant Foundation executes its mission statement to “Improve the Health of Individuals and Communities” by providing grant funding to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations whose projects, operations and/or clinical programs produce high-impact results on health outcomes.

Grant funding is prioritized on a project’s potential impact on healthcare improvements and access for individuals and communities, particularly the uninsured and underserved population.

Qlarant Foundation’s Open Call for Proposals is now open!

Awards will be announced in early July 2026. 

Who should apply

• Organizations with 501c3 status in good standing with the IRS
• Organizations able to provide audited financials (no more than 2 years old, audited by an independent, qualified CPA firm)
• Organizations whose operations or projects are located in DC, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and/or Texas
• Organizations that align with Qlarant Foundation’s mission to “Improve the Health of Individuals and Communities” by
  • Improving access to high-quality, cost-efficient health care services for the uninsured and underserved population
  • Improving education and understanding of health issues and health information to improve long-term health outcomes
  • Championing healthy communities by executing high-impact public health initiatives

Who should not apply

• Organizations seeking funding for reimbursable direct patient care
• Organizations seeking funding for capital projects (construction/remodeling of facilities)
• Organizations seeking funding for lobbying or any type of political campaign
• Organizations seeking funding for fundraising activities

About our Grants Program

• Grants are for a 12-month period – from July 1 through June 30
• Grants may be up to $50,000
