The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has selected Qlarant (formerly Health Integrity, LLC) as a Unified Program Integrity Contractor (UPIC) to detect, prevent, and proactively deter fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicare and Medicaid Programs.
