Quality Health Foundation (QHF) announces a call for proposals for the 2017-18 grant period. QHF is a national not-for-profit organization committed to improving health and well-being throughout communities across Maryland and Washington, DC. They will award grants to eligible organizations that work to “improve health care through measurable outcome improvement projects.”
