The Board of Directors of Quality Health Strategies, Inc. (QHS) announced on June 17, 2015 that the company’s current President and Chief Operating Officer, Ronald G. Forsythe, PhD is appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Forsythe has been functioning as the senior leader for the organization prior to the board decision.
