Repairing Homes, Revitalizing Communities, Rebuilding Lives.

Rebuilding Together Kent County leverages gifts of time, money, skill, and labor to repair and rehabilitate homes for income-eligible seniors, veterans, those living with disabilities, individuals, and families with children in Kent County. Qlarant Foundation funding supports the Our Safe & Healthy Homes Programā€”helping older residents who want to age-in-place safely, rather than moving to a facility away from their social support network.
