The Myrtle Tyler Faithful Fund, Inc. (MTFF) was incorporated by the state of Maryland as a 501(c)(3) organization in 1985. The Zeta Healthy Aging Partnership (Z-HAP) operates under its auspices and has been an active participant in changing lives in Northwest Baltimore since 2010.

MTFF developed and built the Zeta Center for Healthy and Active Aging which is jointly operated with the City of Baltimore and serves the Park Heights and West Baltimore communities. Z-HAP is an award-winning program, created as a vehicle to engage older adults in health education and self-empowering activities. Z-HAP collaborates with an impressive assemblage of more than 65 community agencies, projects and partners.

MTFF received the Goldgeier Award in the amount of $40,000 for Z-HAP. This award is in memory of Dr. Sheldon Goldgeier, former member and chairman of the QHF Board of Directors who devoted much of his practice to the treatment of cardiovascular and pulmonary disease.
