Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care (DFMC), the federally-designated quality improvement organization (QIO) for Maryland, welcomed five visitors from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service of Korea along with Mr. Jay Merchant, MHA, International Relations Advisor for the Department of Health & Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (DHHS/CMS).

Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Mayor of Baltimore, recently presented Delmarva Foundation’s Baltimore HELPS (Healthy Eating Leading Partnerships for Seniors) project a Certificate of Recognition for their work to improve the quality of life for residents of Hollins House, a city-run Housing and Urban Development tower in West Baltimore.
