Pathway Homes’ Path V Mobile Support Unit will help improve the health of individuals and families by connecting currently homeless families to housing and setting up the household for an enhanced quality of life which will help address several issues including access to health care. Stable housing provides a foundation for better physical and mental health outcomes. Path V is a low-barrier mobile drop-in center for people experiencing homelessness, offering shower units, case management support, and other direct outreach services.
