Qlarant is a subcontractor to High Reliability Solutions, Inc. (HRS) for this CMS contract. The overriding contract action is to detect and combat fraud, waste and abuse in all CMS programs. As a subcontractor, QIS provides personnel/subject matter expertise to support GDIT’s efforts to identify, research and assess program area vulnerabilities and pertinent outcome measurements in CMS health programs, including, but not limited to Medicare FFS, Medicare Part C/D, Medicaid, CHIP, FFE, and value-based payment programs. In addition, QIS supports GDIT’s efforts to bring forward vulnerabilities and trends to the Vulnerability Collaboration Council, a centralized enterprise-level process utilized by the CMS Center for Program Integrity.
