Mr. Washington has 32 years of experience in the healthcare arena regarding Medicaid. Prior to joining Qlarant in 2018, Mr. Washington spent almost 29 years working with the Mississippi Division of Medicaid. The majority of the years (23) with Medicaid were with the Program Integrity Unit.

Mr. Washington served as the Program Integrity Director from 2011- 2017. Additionally, he has served as Secretary of the NAMPI, spoken at the Medicaid Integrity Institute, and has received awards from HHS-OIG. Mr. Washington holds a BA in Political Science from Jackson State University.
