Michael Moskewicz

Dr. Moskewicz has practiced Family Medicine on the Eastern Shore of Maryland since 1975, following the completion of a Family Practice Residency in Baltimore at the University of Maryland and graduating from Medical School at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He has held multiple leadership positions on the Dorchester General Hospital Medical Staff, and is a past president of the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians.

While in private practice, Dr. Moskewicz gained extensive experience, not only in medicine and practice management, but also in electronic medical records and areas associated with the development and ownership of a small business. Prior to his retirement from active patient care in 2012, he was a primary care physician with Maryland Veterans Administration Health Care System in the Cambridge Community Based Outpatient Clinic.

Dr. Moskewicz was first elected to the Board of Trustees of Delmarva Foundation in 1981 and was President of the Board in 1998 and 1999. Over the past 41 years he has served on the Boards of Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, Quality Health Strategies, Health Integrity, and Quality Health Foundation. Due to this longevity, he serves as the Boards Designated Historian. Currently he is on the Board of Qlarant.
