Mr. Williams is a Founding Member and Managing Director of Abrams, Foster, Nole & Williams, PA with more than 40 years of experience providing accounting, consulting, auditing, and advisory services. He has provided these services to both profit and non-profit industries. Mr. Williams currently chairs the boards of Maryland Health and Higher Education Facilities Authority and the Baltimore Neighborhood Impact Investment Fund. He is a 1972 Graduate of the University of Baltimore.
