Mr. Williams is a Founding Member and Managing Director of Abrams, Foster, Nole & Williams, PA with more than 40 years of experience providing accounting, consulting, auditing, and advisory services. He has provided these services to both profit and non-profit industries. Mr. Williams currently chairs the board of Maryland Health and Higher Education Facilities Authority. He is Vice Chair of the Baltimore City Board of Finance and Immediate Past Chair of the Baltimore Development Corporation and the Baltimore Neighborhood Impact Investment Fund. He is a 1972 Graduate of the University of Baltimore.
