“2013 is a big year for us,” shared Dr. Fredia Wadley, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quality Health Strategies. “Not only are we breaking ground on our new office space, we are also celebrating our 40th Anniversary. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Quality Health Strategies,” commented Peter Clelland, Director of Development for BET Investments. “They are an established organization with deep roots in the community and will be a great anchor for this new phase of Waterside Village.”
