Easton, MD—June 20, 2013—On Tuesday, REMCO Properties of Easton, MD in partnership with BET Investments of Horsham, PA, broke ground on the new national headquarters for Quality Health Strategies. The office complex is the newest addition to the Waterside Village development on Marlboro Avenue in Easton.

The groundbreaking celebration held on site was attended by representatives from REMCO Properties, BET Investments, and Quality Health Strategies as well as members of the Town of Easton and Talbot County Government, State Delegate Addie Eckardt, Senator Richard Colburn, and Len Foxwell, Chief of Staff for Maryland State Comptroller, Peter Franchot.

“2013 is a big year for us,” shared Dr. Fredia Wadley, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quality Health Strategies. “Not only are we breaking ground on our new office space, we are also celebrating our 40th Anniversary. Over the past four decades we have outgrown our space as our organization has expanded into four subsidiaries to service contracts in every state and territory of the United States. We are proud to be keeping our national headquarters in Easton and greatly value our beautiful partnership with REMCO and BET Investments.”

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Quality Health Strategies,” commented Peter Clelland, Director of Development for BET Investments. “They are an established organization with deep roots in the community and will be a great anchor for this new phase of Waterside Village.”

Quality Health Strategies (QHS) is dedicated to improving health services and programs and is the parent of established and prominent health care organizations including Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, Inc.; Delmarva Foundation of the District of Columbia; Health Integrity, LLC; and Quality Health Foundation.
