Quality Health Foundation (QHF), the charitable branch of Quality Health Strategies (QHS), recently awarded grants totaling $350,200 to ten organizations across the State of Maryland that support local healthcare-related quality improvement efforts.

Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Mayor of Baltimore, recently presented Delmarva Foundation’s Baltimore HELPS (Healthy Eating Leading Partnerships for Seniors) project a Certificate of Recognition for their work to improve the quality of life for residents of Hollins House, a city-run Housing and Urban Development tower in West Baltimore.

Combs New Chief Financial Officer for QHS

Rebecca Combs, MBA has joined Quality Health Strategies (QHS) as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Ms. Combs oversees the financial management of QHS and the subsidiary companies—Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, Delmarva Foundation for the District of Columbia, Health Integrity, and Quality Health Foundation.
