Dion Tahan leads Qlarant’s growth and legislative outreach initiatives. He has over two decades of experience in distilling healthcare policy and appropriations imperatives coming out of Capitol Hill to imbue them in integrated communications and implementation strategies to drive new business opportunities at both federal and state levels. Previously, he conducted oversight and investigations of federal healthcare systems as a Professional Staff Member for a Committee in the U.S House of Representatives, worked for management consulting and top tiered software technology firms focusing in the healthcare space, and for an international philanthropy dedicated to improving the lives of children, families, and communities in need.  By using this cross-functional experience, he helps to guide our integrated approaches to business development, messaging, and public presence to further Qlarant’s mission.

Dion received his BA in Political Science and Commission as a U.S. Army Armor Officer from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina; earned both a J.D. and Bachelor of Civil Law from LSU Law, and his LL.M. degree in Constitutional Law and Civil Rights from the American University Washington College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Louisiana and is a member of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims bar.
