The National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities

The National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities at the University of Delaware is a partnership of fifteen national developmental disabilities organizations. Qlarant is a proud sponsor of this unique opportunity for emerging leaders in the field of disabilities.

The Consortium offers intensive week-long leadership training designed to meet the specific needs of disability organizations.  Its aim is to support the growth and knowledge of disability leaders and to provide research on best practices in disability supports and leadership.
