Zehra Zaidi is Qlarant’s Director of Product Management. Recently, she was a part of the team that led to Qlarant becoming CMMI level 3 certified. A Certified Scrum Master herself since 2016, Zehra has over 5 years of experience in managing Agile projects and formulated the Agile processes currently in use by the PMO.

In addition to her role at Qlarant, Zehra also teaches at the University of Maryland Baltimore County in the Information Systems department.  She has taught courses on Human Factors in Computing, Markup Scripting Languages, and the System Development Lifecycle in which she instructs her students how to run a project using Agile methods.  Prior to joining Qlarant in 2016, she worked at Lockheed Martin for 15 years and supported various software development endeavors. In any time she is able to spare, Zehra’s passion is to travel the world and read any book she can get her hands on.
