Mr. Valenti has enjoyed an illustrious career in Human Resources, and has worked in several states including Tennessee, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.  Currently a consultant with Maintape, Inc. he specializes in process improvement programs. His various positions in HR included roles in the printing, biomedical and food distribution industries. Mr. Valenti holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from Muhlenberg College, and has completed MBA coursework from both Monmouth University and Rider College.
