Mr. Conway graduated from Salisbury University earning an master’s in education. As a former politician, he began his political career representing district 38 and eventually served as vice chairman of the appropriations committee, and soon became chairman. As such, he oversaw Maryland’s $30 million budget and was a member of the Rules and Executive Nominations Committee, and the Legislative Policy Committee. Mr. Conway also served as member of the House Ways and Means Committee.
