LeAndrea Smith is a Project Manager for Qlarant. She has over ten years’ experience conducting investigations. Currently, she assists with managing the Program Integrity Department for the UPIC SW contract. Her team works to uncover fraud, waste, and abuse for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). She holds a BS in Criminology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
