Ms. Horvath joined Qlarant in 2006.  She is currently the State Director for the Atlantic Quality Innovations Network – District of Columbia.  In previous roles, she has designed, executed and operated multiple collaboratives including the Maryland Patient Safety Center Perinatal, Neonatal and Hand Hygiene Collaboratives and the national CDC Hemodialysis BSI Prevention Collaborative.

Prior to joining Qlarant, Ms. Horvath served as Director, Network Integration for the Northeast Cluster of the National Health Disparities Diabetes Collaborative initiative of the Bureau of Primary Health Care, Health Resources and Services Administration. There she supported 42 multi-site community health center organizations to implement the Chronic Care Model.  Ms. Horvath has over twenty-five years’ experience teaching quality improvement principles and methods and leading/facilitating improvement initiatives. She has held multiple Performance Improvement/Quality Improvement Director positions. Ms. Horvath is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
