Mr. Williams is the former President and Owner of Carl J. Williams & Sons Inc., a local commercial general construction company and a former Partner of O’Neill & Williams, LLC, a commercial real estate holding company.  Among former positions include the Board of Directors of BowMar Millwork Co., Chairman of the Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the City of Salisbury, Member of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, and President of the Eastern Shore Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. Mr. Williams graduated from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and served in the U.S. Coast  Guard as an officer.  Bruce and his wife, Kris, live in Salisbury, MD and are the parents of four children with 15 grandchildren.
