Frequently Asked Questions About the NCI® Survey
Why It Is Important to Participate
National Core Indicators® Surveys collect information from the person receiving services or their family about the quality of services and supports being provided from their perspective. These surveys ensure people with lived experience can participate in helping shape the quality of service delivery systems at state and federal levels.
How Surveys are Conducted
The person receiving services, as well as their supports could each have a role in conducting the NCI® survey.
