Qlarant will be conducting National Core Indicator (NCI) Survey and Data Collection for the Alabama Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities. Qlarant will complete face to face interviews across five regions in the state with people enrolled in Intellectual Disability and Living at Home waivers and with enrollees in the Community Waiver Program.
