Roxanne L. Rodgers
As a Senior Vice President, Ms. Rodgers is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the company’s utilization management, quality improvement, and external quality review programs for Medicare and Medicaid. This includes business development, budget management, employee oversight, and assuring customer satisfaction across all business lines. Additionally, Ms. Rodgers supports contract teams’ compliance with the corporate quality management system program, CMMI, and is responsible for sustaining the URAC accreditation.
Her career with Qlarant includes working in numerous positions as the Corporate Quality Officer, Vice President for Data Integrity, Special Projects Leader, and other supervisory roles. Ms. Rodgers’ background in project management, organizational skills, quality improvement, stakeholder engagement, international quality standards, clinical nursing experience, and ongoing focus on quality of health care delivery are attributes in this leadership role. Prior to joining Qlarant, her managerial and clinical experience included almost 20 years in the acute medical, pediatric, cardiac, renal, and skilled nursing settings.
Ms. Rodgers earned both her bachelor’s and master’s in Business Administration from the University of Management and Technology. She is a Registered Nurse and a graduate of Grace Hospital School of Nursing in Richmond, Virginia. Ms. Rodgers is a nationally Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
