David has held positions at Qlarant as a Database Administrator, Web Designer & Developer, and currently as a Business Systems Analyst in the Project Management Office.  As a Business Systems Analyst, David works with developers, database administrators, product owners, and users to facilitate technical solutions and systems maintenance under the Agile Scrum framework. Before joining Qlarant, David obtained his B.S. in Information Systems Management from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. David later obtained his M.S. in Health Administration Informatics from the University of Maryland University College. When not working, watching sports, playing tennis, engaging in home DIY projects, assisting his daughter with home DIY projects, or bonding with his grandchildren, he serves on University of Maryland Shore Regional Health Board of Directors. As a board member, he also serves as chair of the UM Shore Region Health Patient Quality & Safety Committee and a member of the University of Maryland Medical System Patient Quality & Safety Committee.
